Heath’s Computer Repair was started in July 2002 by Heath Heimer. He was formerly employed as the head technician at Clear Lake Computers until they closed in June 2002. Since then, his business has grown tremendously. He learned the basics at Hamilton College and received a double Associates degree in, Computer System Technician and Network Administration in December 2001, and his bachelors degree in MIS or Management Information Systems in July 2005. During the last term of college Heath made a change to his business and turned it into a Limited Liability Company or better known as L.L.C. and is now called Heath’s Computer Repair L.L.C. He ran his business out of his parents home about 4 miles east of Miller for his first few year and now in Garner at 175 W. 3rd St. He specializes in Computer Repair, Networking (wired and wireless), Parts, and Sales. He has never run into a problem that he can not fix! He also sells parts or complete custom built systems. All systems come with a 3-year warranty either in-house or on-site with American tech support located in Minneapolis, Minnesota and not outsourced to off shore companies like others do to save money. All systems contain name brand high end parts and are not cheap generics like many others. He offers either onsite service where he can come to you, whether it is your home or business, and in-house where you take it to him or he will even come and pick it up and take it back to his office and work on it. He can complete all work onsite with exceptions of extensive testing of hardware and/or time consuming jobs where it is easier to work in his office.
